Default soldier's divorce issue.

hi all, i need some information about what if a male soldier is married to a wife in Florida. He is stationed in Hawaii. He is engaged to a soldier in Kentucky and wants to divorce wife. Says it is not going to be contested. How long will this take to go between the states? Will the divorce process be done by the time he deploys? Thank you.

If he wants it done before that his wife will have to file in Florida. They will serve him the papers wherever he is and if he agrees with what is in them he just signs them and sends them back.
If however his wife were for any reason were to ask for something he does not agree with he would have to go to Florida to contest it.
