At the age of 18, I was Early Separated from the Navy with a re-enlistment code of RE4. I have been wanting to reenlist for a number of years now, but this code kills it. So, is this possible to have this changed? Later, I went into the Navy under the DEP and told my recruiter everything. I planned on making a career out of the Navy. She told me not to tell them at MEPS that I had tried cocaine before enlisting. I get to MEPS and I tell them there. They tell me "Don't tell them at boot camp". At boot camp, the Moment of Truth came up, and I told them the truth. I was separated. Please tell me, can this situation be remedied? Any one having some idea plz reply!

You can apply for a review of your RE Code through the Navy Department. If you have a close Naval Reserve, then they may be able to assist you; and you can try to go to any local Veterans Service Organization and request to speak with a Veterans Service Officer and discuss with them what you would like to do; they might help you w/o any fee.
