We were married 5 years ago. Husband has been able to collect dependent support because of his disability. I refinance my house when we married, to pay all his debt. Anyway he is up and walked out and moved to another state recently. Is it right that he can still collect dependent support when we no longer reside together?

Till he is legally married, he will continue to draw his disability at the with spouse rate.
