My ex and I bought a home many years back. We were divorced lately. He won the house and I won his pension. My name was taken off the deed and the mortgage. Now, he is facing financial trouble and asking me to be half owner of the house again and help him to pay for the mortgage. My new husband and I would like to help him. What is the first thing I have to do?
