Default deed clause.....?

Hello guys,
I am here to ask one thing i.e. when property is deeded from one person to another person, can an enforceable clause be included in the deed which will result in the return of the property to the original deed holder should the person to which it is deeded die? Hope it is not complicated one.
Thanks in advance.

Not the right place to post such a query. But yes, you can put in such things into a deed. It's called joint tenants with Right of survivorship.
