i just purchased a house but now i could not find the iron pins, so I hired a surveyor to find out that there is part of a house that has been built on the backside of my property. plz advice, what I should do? Any advice would be most appreciated!

hi kaci, With the survey, talk to the neighbors and have them sign encroachment agreements and record them.
