I sold a horse to a family who are now requesting a full refund. they say the horse is mis-described. I have a contract to state that the horse was sold as seen and tried.
the horse was sold as a showjumper and they believe this is inaccurate. But the horse is registered with the British Showjumping Association, and I have many videos and photographs as proof that the horse has won at competition previously. any advice?

if you have all the valid proofs then nothing to worry. you can also give them the demo of horse capabilities. if it has any!
