Hello all of you,
I purchased a home PC online. The site accepted my payment and I received an e-mail confirmation letter stating that my payment was received and the order would start processing. Then, I received an e-mail stating:
Dear Customer
Sorry to say but we were force to cancel the item due to missing all the internal components.
I called the toll free number provided in the email. I gave the rep. my order number and he stated that my order had not in fact been cancelled and that I could disregard the e-mail that was sent. The time frame for shipping has gone since then and still not received my item. Any advice?
