Last year, I let a friend to sell some items for me on EBay but I never got an agreement in writing from him. I want to know if a verbal contract is as binding as a written one? Also, would it be possible to obtain the sale information from EBay? Any help offered would be appreciated.

Simply go to EBay and look up your friend's username. Then look up his sales history. If you find your items you will then know how much he sold them for.
