Hello friends,
I purchased a handbag worth thousands via telephone which was on sale and deemed a final sale. I received the handbag that was clearly damaged with peeling and missing leather in various places. Calling the boutique, i was told they were going to call their supplier. I repeatedly phoned and sent the boutique photos of the damage. Then, I couriered the bag back to the boutique. The owner of the boutique now is saying that I must have damaged the bag herself. I don't want my money back, but an undamaged handbag.
Any advice on steps I can take if the CC company does not help with a chargeback? Thank you!
