Default case of virtual transaction...

Hi people,
I play a certain video game and have collected intangible items which i have sold to a man. I gave him what he asked for, and he paid with a MO. He declared he has not received it and wants more. He is threatening to take me to small claims court if i do not deliver. Does he stand a chance of winning? Will any lawyer or small claims court settle a virtual transaction? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

He can sue you in any court he wants, the only one that should matter to you is if he uses a local court.
