Default frauds.

hi people, I used to sell electronic's on ebay. recently a buyer claimed he never received and I filed a claim. UPS investigated and denied the claim as they said the item was delivered. They also reported me to a fraud reporting center. I have absolutely no proof of me shipping them. I can come up with is credit card receipts for UPS and US Mail. What should I do?

try to hire an attorney and learn to keep receipts in business. If they have proof and you have nothing, they win. all the best!
