Hi people,
Recently, I bought a cell phone battery at a shoping mall. The battery I had before was working for about few days, the new one I bought lasts for about few hours! When i trying to return it, they were claiming that they do not make no refuds and can only exchange it etc. I paid about $40. The owner said that they do not make returns. He gave me a different battery instead, it does not work either. What can I do right now? Can you advice me?

You could sue them in small claims court, but would it really be worth it for $40? Also, you are on your 3rd battery, maybe it's the phone causing the problem and not the battery.
