Last month, i purchased a truck engine on e-bay from some one but they never shipped the engine. The check was made out and cashed by an employee of the business that owns the e-bay store. This person was employed to list and sell items. The guy who owns the e-bay store said that the person i made the check out to ran off with the money so he will not ship the engine. i have criminal charges on the person who cashed the check. The police told me that i am the victim of the e-bay store owner and the e-bay store owner is a victim of the person who ran away with the money. So i wanna know who is responsible to pay me back and who can i take legal action against?

Take the legal action against whoever owns the Ebay store. They employed someone to list their items for sale. You bought from their store, so as you sue them and they go after the employee.
