My parents were buying a car but they left in a Store because it quit running and they can't tow it back home, since they don't found any junk vehicle on the road. They don't want to press charges on the dealership, but they won't repo it. now police are threatening to arrest my father as it was registered last in his name. What are their options? plz give some advice.
