Default purchase agreement.

hi all.
i was instructed by mortgage company to sell to clear deed, a day before closing mortgage company declined for improper net. I have signed a purchase agreement and given "buyer" occupancy. but there is no closing and buyer still occupys property. I wana remove him?

get the real estate agent or lawyer. or you'll need a dispossess notice and a local real estate lawyer can help on that.
