hi all, i opened the account & acquired the debt in my name only. then i moved to other state and recently separated from my spouse & moved back to my state. now, the summons are served at my last known address i.e. still spouses current address.
my attorney tells me if it were an open account the SOL would be 3 yrs.
Any advice on the statue of limitations & spouse involvement?

since cc is an open account typically, and you are probably still in the SOL i.e. why they are pursuing it now to get judgment which can go on for up to 20 years.
