Default plz advice me!!

I was injured in while working at a job in Austin Texas. After going to docs and therapy for about 4 months, I was put on disability by my primary care physician. While I was receiving disability, the insurance company decided that I was fine and quit paying me. I finally got the surgery on my back and was not able to work the whole time up to my release date. I was not able to pay my bills. I get about 30 calls a day from credit agencies. What can I do legally to protect myself?

If you were injured, that does not give you any special rights as regards delinquent debts. I recommend you check into bankruptcy. Most bankruptcy lawyers will give you a free consultation to see if the choice is right for you.
