Hi people,
Last year, we purchased a car from an individual. After going to the loan company to sign the paperwork, we had the car for little time and it begin to show problems. Previous owner said what do you want me to do about it. I called the finance company that i would like just to void the loan and return the car to the previous owner. They told me they could not void the loan as it was purchased thru a individual and not a car dealership. Is this information correct or I'm I stuck with this lemon, what can I do??

I looks as if you are stuck with the lemon. You should have had the car looked at by a mechanic prior to buying it. If you were given no warranty, you are generally out of luck.
