Default restitution responsibility?

Hello people,
I need some help from you as my checks were stolen and the amount was forged and paid by the bank. Please suggest me who is responsible for restitution to my account? Any idea?

Go to the bank and ask to file a fraud report. They may also want you to file a police report.

As soon as you found your chequs have been stolen, you should have reported to the bank abt the details of your cheques ( cheque No's ) and you better lodge a complaint in the local Police Station, normally it's easy to track down the culprit , usually many banks uses CC cameras, so don't worry
