Default money stolen...??

Hello guys,
Few month back, i paid my quarterly bill to a satellite radio. They took more out of my debit card. i got that straightened out, and they told me they would send me a check for the difference that they mis-drew. But i never received the check. They said they had credited my CC with the amount and provided me with the last 4 digits of the CC that they credited to but it is NOT MY CARD. Someone changed the CC number on my account w/o my authorization. what can i do to try and get my money back?

File a small claims case in the court where you purchased your SR system and prove that they owe you money.
