I am worried if i am going to jail or not? Actually, I was a moron with my check book, and my balance in my bank account is about -491 dollars, and i m told that more fees is going to be decked on to that until my account is canceled. i have no way to pay the money back yet to the bank. What do you think guys?

Actually, each state has its different laws. If your actions are determined to be fraud, then you will be in criminal court instead of civil court. Only a criminal conviction would result in a prison sentence. After the account is closed for owing them money, they will report you to ChexSystems and you will not be able to get another checking account in ANY bank that uses Chex for the next 5 years.
