some years before, i got a bike from a dealer. later on, they asked me to bring it back and asked me to take another bike that i did not want. we got in a argument with them, so i cancelled the deal. recently, when i got a credit report the finance company had it as a write off and we got a civil summons. what can i do? plz help.
