I recently had sholder surgery caused by the accident and franks herniated disk in my neck as well. to settle with the insurance co. I dont know what amount is fair to myself & the insurance co. I dont want to seek an amount that would make the insurance co. back away and take the matter to court. please help. thanks for any advice given.
