Hello folks,
My daughter fell off at school and broke her arm. She had to have surgery to put pins and srews in her arm, and the nurse tried to push her boneback down and it popped back up. i feel like that did not help her and now she is in all kind of pain. She also have adha and the school knew that do i have a case?

Hello, Kids fall and have accidents is a normal. That alone is not a basis for a lawsuit. ADD or ADHD, to the extent they exist, is not, alone, a reason to deny recreational activities and if it was, it is likely a joint parent/school decision. With respect to how the arm was treated, again, it is a painful injury and process. Some pain is reflective of the healing process and the mere fact that it is a broken bone. The painful experience is not grounds for a lawsuit. See a personal injury lawyer, and get an independent medical opinion.
