Can the other person be liable for their death?? and they be sued???

Suing for what. If medical reports said it was cardiac arrest than how the other person is responsible for a natural death?

the medical report says cardiac...but the medical examiner said that the person had mild coronary disease...I was told that they woke up having a seizure and died...Could it be a brain hemmorage...?
