Hello members,
I recently found the proof that a document was false giving financial rights from my dead father. After this date his girlfriend literally kept withdrawing from his accounts & only paid his rent. I know this because his mail has been forwarded to me. The same date there is also a will which I am assuming is false. I dont have original but from what it reads it gives the girlfriend everything. Do I have to present to the court and the banks the document is false, and they shouldn't have let her withdraw from accounts? Any help would be appreciated.

Check at the bank to see if she was named as a beneficiary or joint account co-owner on the account which is legal. Also, check at the county courthouse probate court to see if this will is being currently probated or not.
