Hello everyone,
My husband is housed in prison and his second parole hearing this year was subsequently denied and continued to a reconsideration hearing in April 2011. The U.S. Parole Commission states his base point scores are too high. He was sentenced 14 to 42 years for manslaughter. Plz advice why is he continously denied parole? what recourse we have? Anyone please reply.

No you have no recourse as he was convicted of MANSLAUGHTER which is really a punishable act.
