i rented a villa with a boat from woman. i called way before departing as the boat doesnot exist. we paid deposit for boat and house which she is not returning though she cancelled the booking. so can i file a court case in some other country and ask for all the expenses?

it's very difficult to say anything. you have to go through your country's legal aspects. better hire some local attorney.
