Default claims not paid?

Hi all,
I need some assistance on collecting judgment from a debtor. Actually, I won a small claims case against a colleague couple of years ago but I haven't seen a dime yet. He said when I served him with an Order of Examination approximately 6 months ago. He showed up in court, and we both went outside to talk about his assets. He basically had nothing and closed all his bank accounts. He promised that he would have some money after he came back, but he never contacted me. How do I go about garnishing his military wages? Any other suggestions? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, which has bearing on how judgment can be taken and enforced against service personnel and, to an extent, against their immediate families.
