Hi all of you,
My ex and i was seperated last year with a seperation agreement filed with our divorce papers. Also, a notarized copy stating that he owed me 5,000 dollars upto a specific date. Which never happened. What legal action can I take against him? Any idea/tips?

File a lawsuit with the courts and after a Hearing, you will receive the decision from either a judge or a jury. If the verdict is in your favor, then a Judgment can be entered if the opposing party still refuses to pay! and if the defendant does not acknowledge the lawsuit, then you automatically win the case.
