I am trying to accumulate all of my medical records and have found out that the hospital i was in as a child has been closed down. How can I contact someone to find and obtain a copy of all of my medical records in this case?
plz help!

hello cater, generally, all the hospitals in each county send all med_recs to a central warehouse location and all finacial folders are sent to another central location or when med-recs get to a certain age they are purged - destroyed.
try to locate other hospitals still operating nearby the hospital that closed down. all the best!
