hello folks,
little time ago, I co-wrote and performed a track with a producer. The track has been released once and appears on some compilations. My agreement was for a percentage of the mechanicals and publishing of the writer's share. Although I never signed a contract with the label, I do have a letter.
now the producer says the agreement was regarding the use of the track on these other albums. Does my original agreement stand regardless of where it appears? plese advice.
