I am a TV producer. i have created an innovative TV format and am trying to get an agent to pitch the property to major broadcasters and major TV production companies. I've got in touch via email to an Agent company in NY. Firstly I was requested to forward a resume + letter for consideration. Secondly, they requesting me to send the complete package for evaluation. Since I never needed to make use of agents, I asked them whether we should get an NDA in first place. They said they do not. Should I send the info anyway?
