I have a query to ask i.e. should one have to have a contract betweeen a group of young teens starting a group and one of the parent manage the group. For tv contest shows should we sign contracts and should I have the parents sign contracts? Any help will be appreciated.

Ofcourse, the contracts are really important in any type of group venture. There can be a simple collaboration agreement signed among all i.e. dealing with how decisions are made, how payments are split, credit, etc.
