Default speedy trial

I was arrested by the USMS and Charged with a misdemeanor i was instructed by the public defender to waive this to give my lawyer more then the 30 day to prepare my lawyer was on vacation the Judge told me that i would here from the court in 60-75 days which i did then my lawyer recieved a fax asking for 30 days longer which we granted them that time has expired and i have heard nothing from the court do i have recourse??thank you so much
