Hello everyone,
i applied for a job and when they did background check on me a couple of things came back that i was never arrested for or even questioned about why are these things on my file i.e. 1 F/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2 F/BURGLARY/RESIDENCE 3 M/BATTERY all say NO arrest No information but yet running my name it comes up. Please suggest me something. Its urgent!

Contact the background screening company that did the check and ask for their procedures to dispute the information. Also, ask for a copy of the background check and contact the court as well.
