My daughter's boyfriend has stolen $350 from me but I never made a police report of the incident. I wish to know if it is still possible to bring up charges on him? Or am i too late?

You can file a police report. From your post, you have absolutely no proof that he is the one that stole your money.

you are not late.. If you have right proof that he is the person who have stolen the money then be quick and report the cop... Take neccessary steps.
