Default filing response......?

Hello all of you,
Can someone help me as I was charged with manufacturing Meth. Filing motion to suppress, it was granted. If the District Attorney appeals the judges ruling, do I need to file a response to his appeal or something else?
Thank you for any response.

Not filing a response to an opponent's pleading, means that you agree with it.
