My brother was caught outside an apartment complex while passing a joint. The officer searched him and found a pipe. he was sent to youth academy. His court date is tommorow but the academy told me that they couldnt bring him to court as they dont have transport orders. will this put him in more trouble? plz hel what should i do next?

just inform the court of the lack of order of transport. Otherwise, court may hold him in contempt.
