Default can i file the claim?

Hello friends,
Few months back, I was injured at work by a roll up door that had been reported several times as a safety hazard. I am now on workers comp. Please advice if i can file a personal injury claim or not?
Thanks.

There are few states laws that prevent the injured party from suing if they accept worker' s compensation for the injury. There are some exceptions and you may have one. So, check it out by consulting an attorney.
