Hello folks,
I went to the doctor for a repetitive motion injury. I said it was worker's comp. The doctor filed a claim. Insurance co. investigated by conducting a telephone interview with me. Then the insurance company sent me a letter with the line: "Information obtained during our investigation fails to establish your injury/ disease is compensably related to your work activities."
But i am not getting what they want to say. So, could someone please explain what the phrase "compensably related" means?
Thanks!
