Default fired after injury.

Hello there,
In last October, i was injured at work and had to have knee surgery. But when I went back to work, I was fired for no specific reason. I have not even settled with work comp yet. Is this legal? What options i have?
Thank you.

An employer cannot terminate you for filing a worker's compensation claim. Contact an attorney.
