Cool Is my friend entitled to more

Hi I have a friend of 8 years and about a year ago she was hurt on the job. She was on disablity for over a year she was sent to several workers comp doctors who basically gave her the run around and put her on different medication and sent her to physical therapy. Despite the doctors attempts my friend is still in constant pain and over a year later is just being refrred to a surgeoun to have surgery. I wanted to know if there was any way sho could be compensited by the company seeing how she is restricted to certain jobs and ghas to sit for %80 of the time. Plaese help.

She must keep all the medical records like bills, prescription, diagnosis details etc. in some safe custody, as it will be needed later on when she claim for the compensation. Her compensation is based on the company and state compensation policies. So, better to consult with some local labor/compensation attorney.
Good luck!
