Default pain & suffering?

Hi guys,
I fell on the side walk at work and went to hospital and had to have my rotator cuff repaid. My company did pay all med. bills and I am getting workmen compensation. Can I sue them for pain and suffering? I only get some portion of my pay and no money goes into my 401k. What should I do?
Thank you.
