Default lack of evidence!!

Hello all of you,
I reported a claim to WC for carpal tunnel syndrom. They sent me to a doctor he set a date to do carpal tunnel release. I have had the realease on my left hand so far. After surgery, WC has denied me to lack of evidence to support that it was work related. Please inform me, shouldn't this be workers compensation? Any idea/tips?
Regards.

It will totally depend on what the medical records say. If doctor says the repetitive nature of your job caused the carpal tunnel syndrome that you have a claim for workers' compensation.
